The primary ingredient in PHENTRAMIN-d™ is a sympathomimetic amine, meaning it mimics norepinephrine, which elevates metabolic rate, increases fat mobilization, and increases energy levels. HOW TO TAKE PHENTRAMIN-d™:
Recommended dosage is one capsule with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before breakfast and one capsule with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before lunch or in the early afternoon.
